Our philosophy

An En Famille exchange is not an ordinary exchange. It is a way of life, it is a growing experience, it will be your Transition from your childhood into adulthood.

• We can be responsible for our lives. We can understand that others need us. We can be useful. We can bring happiness and help other people.
• We must respect each other and we must understand that it is always better to help than to be helped.
• It is better to give than to receive.
• It is better to love than to hate.

You are growing up and you can think for yourself. You see what is good and what is bad, if you cannot you need to develop the capabilities to examine the issues and make your own determination.

Our exchanges are for young people who understand our philosophy. You are very important and very valuable. You must respect yourself and in so doing you will respect others.
