Every year, En Famille executives meet with prospective exchange families. These weekends are extremely important, giving us the opportunity to get to know you, and you the opportunity to learn about us. They enable us to explain the exchanges in depth so that you have a greater understanding of what is involved. Past and present exchange families are always at these meetings, so you are able to meet and discuss with families (parents and children) who have first-hand experience of an exchange.

The dates for 2011-2012 are :

24th and 25th March 2012: Germany near Frankfurt

3rd and 4th March 2012 : France

10th and 11st March 2012 : France

31st March and 1st April 2012 : Spain in Madrid

14th and 15th April 2012 : Ireland in Dublin. 

21th and 22th April 2012 : Canada in Toronto.

28th and 29th April 2012 : California in San Luis Obispo.

17th and 18th March 2012 : Great Britain in Oxford. (Details later)

A weekend is divided into two parts :

• The individual interview, for 35 minutes.

• The Common Meeting, a three hour meeting with old and new parents and children.

The common meeting is usually on the Saturday afternoon, and the individual interviews on Saturday morning and all day Sunday. Please make sure that you will be free to come and meet us at the time and place given for your country. We will contact you to fix an interview time once we have received your completed application form. We are looking forward to meeting you !
